Job Description:

Opportunity Highlights:
- Projected Annual Salary: $264,121.
- Shift Requirements: Minimum of 182 shifts per year.
- Bonus Potential:
- Shift Pay: $1,451 per shift.
- Productivity Compensation.
- Value-Based Incentive Compensation: Up to 10% of annual compensation based on four performance components.
Additional Benefits:
- Call Pay: None required.
- CME Allowance: $4,000 annually (can roll over to a maximum of $8,000).

Qualifications:
