Urologist – Employed Position
A well-established medical practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a high-volume, patient-centered team. This is a full-time employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of in-office procedures and surgical cases, with excellent income potential and quality of life.
Position Highlights:
Clinical Setting: Standard urologic procedures performed in-office with a dedicated cystoscopy room.
Surgical Opportunities: Preferential block time at the hospital operating room with the ability to perform 60–80 surgical cases per month, including 10–12 oncology cases.
Call Requirements: 10 days of ER/inpatient hospital call per month, per hospital bylaws. Call volume is minimal, and current support from another physician adds flexibility. No after-hours clinic call; urgent patient needs are directed to the ER by an after-hours service.
Technology: No robotic surgery required or expected.
