Eligible for up to $25,000 sign-on bonus (based on a full-time position).
Successful candidates with two years of experience are eligible for up to $15,000 in moving expenses (based on a full-time position).

Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care to patients of all ages.
Conduct evaluations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure).
Previous clinical experience preferred; candidates with two years of experience may qualify for moving expense reimbursement.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
