Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations and obtain detailed medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in an appropriate specialty
- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
