Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP) – Functional Medicine
Location: The Dalles, Oregon
We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, forward-thinking practice focused on whole-person, integrative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in functional medicine—no prior experience required, training provided.
Compensation: Guaranteed salary + earning potential of $300,000+

What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person and telehealth care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, supplements, hormone therapy, medications)
- Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document in NextGen EHR
Qualifications
- Active Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified: FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Interest in functional, preventive, or lifestyle medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
