Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
    (Board-eligible candidates must be actively completing residency)
  • Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration
  • Eligible to work in the United States
