Job Description:

A well-established and growing private gastroenterology group in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a thriving community with a strong referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat disorders of the digestive system, including the stomach, intestines, liver, and pancreas.

  • Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Participate in shared call coverage with fellow physicians.

  • Stay updated with advancements in gastroenterology and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.

  • Valid and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one).

  • Strong clinical and procedural skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
